Pinoy DIY Solar 1.2kw 24v System

 Setup:

  • 1.2kw solar panel - 6pcs 200w Jinko Tiger Neo
  • Zamdon 3kw inverter
  • Gentain LifePo4 - 4 12v 100ah (previously Zamdon Gel Battery)
  • SNRE Solar Charge Controller - 2 20A

2pcs SNRE 40A solar charge controller. One of the best controller out there.

4pcs na Gentai lifepo4 batteries - 24v 200ah. These are quality battery.

POWMR battery balancer. Takes ages to balance the batteries :-). Pero nakakatulong na rin sa balancing.

Simple application I developed para i-monitor ang aking solar system online.

Dating mabibigat na Zamdon Gel batteries. Binili ko ng 7k+ ang isa pero nabenta ko ng 2k ang isa. Luging-lugi.

Microsoft Office365

Let's be honest about it. Apple office document apps sucks. Although, I am using Macbook 12-inch model as my personal laptop, I hate their office apps not because they are buggy or not user-friendly; but because of their limited adoption. Few people are using it (none of my friends and colleague uses it). I cannot use it in my work because people will curse me. There is only one instance where I used it, i.e. during our hackaton event. That's it.  As expected, like any office worker; I am a regular user of Microsoft Office, i.e. word, powerpoint and excel. I bought office365 since it is cheaper and you always get the latest version. I am using it for 2 years now and my license will end August of this year (August 08, 2018 to be exact). I bought my last 2 licenses from lazada.com.ph for less than 2,000 pesos. As I don't want to lose my access to onedrive.com and office apps; I bought a new 1 year license from lazada.com.ph for 1,499 pesos inclusive of the shippi...

Earthwood Guitar String

My daughter requested a guitar because she wants to learn playing the instrument. We went to SM North to and buy the guitar at JB music store for 900+ pesos. She picked the gray-ish color. It is a beginner's guitar and with the price, I would say, the quality is average. But you can buy the same quality guitar at RJ music store at slightly lower price. One thing that she doesn't like is the strings which is painful to the fingers since they are very 'hard' (not sure if that is the right term though). So I checked Amazon to get some 'soft' guitar strings. Luckily, I found Earthwood that has a good reviews. I ordered and ship the item through my-shoppingbox.com. After almost 15 days, I received the strings. I replaced the old strings and tuned them using an Android App. It really made a big difference playing with Earthwood strings. It is more forgiving to the fingers and has a better sound quality (I am not a musician - just an opinion).  My daughter is n...
