Former presidential spokesperson Harry Roque has landed in hot water over his alleged ties to Philippine Offshore Gaming Operators (POGOs), stirring political and legal debates. His name has surfaced in multiple investigations, raising questions about lobbying, legal ethics, and accountability. Lobbying or Legal Representation? Roque’s alleged involvement with Lucky South 99, a POGO firm, sparked controversy when PAGCOR Chairman Alejandro Tengco testified that Roque lobbied on its behalf regarding unpaid dues.
